KANZA SOOMRO, DO

Dr. Kanza Soomro, a Houston native, is a dedicated physician with expertise in internal medicine, geriatrics and palliative medicine. She completed her undergraduate studies in biomedical science and chemistry at Texas A&M University, graduating with honors. After completing medical school in Tennessee and internal medicine residency training in Miami, Florida, she returned home to Houston to complete a dual fellowship in geriatrics and palliative medicine at Baylor College of Medicine.
Outside of medicine, Kanza enjoys staying active with spin classes, indulging in her love for reading, and exploring new destinations through travel. Her most cherished role is being a mother to her son, Cyrus. Dr. Soomro’s journey embodies her commitment to compassionate patient care and living her best most productive life.
